Dr. Charlitta Hatch is the City of Charlotte’s Deputy CIO & Chief Data & Analytics Officer where she leads enterprise strategy, artificial intelligence, innovation, and data governance. Bringing 20 years of experience across education, business, and technology, she brings expertise in data-driven decision-making, culturally responsive leadership, and equity-focused practices. Raising the 3rd generation of CMS students in her family, she centers her service on family engagement, community partnership, and educational excellence. Dr. Hatch is committed to ensuring families feel heard, educators feel supported, and students receive the high-quality, affirming education they deserve.
