New to CMS Make sure you are registered for the 2026-2027 school year! Remember to save your student ID number from your confirmation email.

Transportation Families who need bus transportation should complete the intent-to-ride form before June 19. Families who will use bus transportation should also download AlphaPortal, the new CMS bus tracking system that will replace Here Comes the Bus effective June 11.

Immunizations Ensure immunizations and health records are current. Review required immunizations, health assessments, medication forms and any school nurse documentation needed before the first day of school.

2026-2027 Calendar Review the 2026-2027 calendar and save the date for our first day.

August Action #1
Meals & Nutritional Support
Families who plan to purchase lunch can set up a PayPams account. Families can apply for free or reduced-price meals and check out menus and prices for the 2026-2027 school year after August 1. Complete the application as early as possible in August to ensure students have access to meal support at the start of the year.

Communication Platforms
Confirm access to Infinite Campus, ClassLink and ParentSquare after August 1. Make sure your phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, emergency contacts and authorized pickup information is current.

School Supply Lists
Check your school’s website starting in July for grade-level supply lists, technology expectations and other materials students may need.

School Open House
Attend your school's Open House before the first day of school. Meet teachers and school staff, ask questions and learn how the school will communicate important updates throughout the year.

Required District Forms
Review the Parent-Student Handbook and Student Code of Conduct and sign all required forms afterAugust 1.
