The EC Behavior Enrichment Services Team (BEST) provides school teams with behavior enrichment to support intensive behaviors displayed by EC students across CMS. BEST also provides instructional coaching for staff who support the 16 Specialized Behavior Support (SBS) programs within CMS. The team additionally provides district-wide professional development on de-escalation, preventative strategies, behavior progress monitoring, and eligibility specific behavior enrichment.
