Transportation Annual Efficiency Review: 27-28 Bell Time Changes
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Transportation has reviewed school schedules to identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, maximize transportation resources, and enhance service for students, families, and staff.
The approved adjustments support more efficient bus routing, improved service reliability, and better alignment of transportation operations with district programs. These changes help optimize available resources while minimizing the impact of continued district growth and increasing transportation demands.
The schools listed below will maintain their assigned school hours for the 2027-2028 school year:
