There was a huge turnout for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’ Endless Possibilities Career Fair on Saturday, April 18. The event gave prospective employees a unique opportunity to connect directly with staff from every school across the district, share their career goals and explore available opportunities.

“We are thrilled with our candidates this year,” said Erin Shoemaker, executive director of Recruitment, Retention and Talent Development. “We’ve worked really hard over the last couple of years to recruit and cultivate candidates that are just right for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community.”

The event also showcased CMS’s At Home in CMS initiative, which provides staff members with resources and support related to rental properties and homeownership, reinforcing the district’s commitment to supporting its employees.
