Families of Walkers
Families with students who will be walkers should download and complete the "Walker Permission Form" linked below. A new form must be completed each school year. Forms may be returned by emailing blakeh.hocutt@cms.k12.nc.us, bringing them to school yourself, or sent to school with your child.
