2024 Parent-Student Handbook
We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the 24 - 25 Independence High School Parent/Student Handbook with your child. This handbook outlines important guidelines, expectations, and policies that help ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all students.

Your support in understanding and reinforcing these rules at home is essential to your child’s success and well-being at Independence High School. Please discuss the contents with your child to ensure they understand the importance of these guidelines.

If you have any questions, please call the Grade Level Administrator at 980-343-6900

Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in maintaining a positive school community.

Car Rider Information:

To ensure a smooth and safe start to the school day, we kindly ask all parents to thoroughly review the carpool drop-off route prior to the first day of school. Your cooperation is crucial in maintaining an efficient flow of traffic and ensuring the safety of all students.

We strongly encourage parents to drop off their children by 6:30 AM. This early arrival will help avoid congestion during peak times and ensure that students have ample time to prepare for the start of their school day.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued commitment to the safety and well-being of our students.
