ACT and ACT Preparation Options

ACT PREP OPTIONS:

On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, students in junior homerooms will be taking the ACT. No registration is required for the ACT.

In preparation for the ACT, we are offering three (3) prep options for students.

OPTION 1 (For Juniors ONLY):
Beginning Tuesday, February 14, in-person tutorial sessions will be offered Mondays thru Thursdays to cover the ACT's Math, Science, Reading, and English tests. Information about tutorial locations and times can be found on the Signup Genuis. Transportation is not available for the in-person sessions. Space is limited and registration is required.

OPTION 2 (For ALL Students): Students will be provided access to prep work via Edgenuity. Enrollment is rolling and prep work is available in each content area. To register, please complete the Google form. Access information will be mailed to the email address provided in the form.

OPTION 3 (For ALL Students): Independent prep is available to students via CMLibrary's webpage and Tutor.com:

1. Learning Express/PrepStep: Suite of highly-acclaimed eLearning solutions which provide interactive tutorials, practice tests, e-books, flashcards and articles for academic skillbuilding, standardized test preparation, career development and more.

2. Tutor.com Live Homework Help: Live, online, qualified tutor—up to 10 free tutoring sessions – to support practice work.

3. College & Career Connections: Free programs and workshops by experts in the field with topics ranging from financial aid to applications, admissions essays, and even services such as free SAT and ACT practice tests offered by The Princeton Review.
