ACT Test Day Schedule & Activities

ACT TESTING: Students in grade 11 will be taking their ACT exam on Tuesday, March 7. This is a FULL instructional day.

When students arrive on campus at 7:15 AM, they will report to homeroom.
With the exception of seniors (grade 12), students will remain in homeroom for the day. Attendance will be taken by homeroom teachers.

Students in grades 9, 10, and 12 should check Canvas for work to be completed.

At 8:00 AM, seniors (grade 12) MUST attend a REQUIRED Graduation Meeting in the Auditorium. At the conclusion of the Graduation Meeting, seniors will participate in a brunch sponsored by the SGA and PTSO. Seniors that are NOT able to attend the meeting MUST email Principal Robert Folk with the reason for NOT attending. Approval from Principal Folk is needed to still participate in the Graduation Rehearsal and Ceremony.

Once ACT testing concludes (approximately 11:30 AM), students will have an opportunity to eat lunch prior to returning to homeroom for the afternoon. To avoid testing irregularities, students CANNOT be dismissed during ACT testing. At the conclusion of testing, students can be dismissed. To be dismissed, the parent/guardian MUST complete the Google form for each student being dismissed at 11:30 AM. If you need any assistance, please email Allyson Davis, Assistant Principal of Instruction.
