Student Survey

We thank you and your family for being our valued partners as we work together to educate the children in our school this year and in the coming years. We value input from our community and we need to hear from your child(ren). They are important partners as we work to improve their overall experience and support their needs.

In order to learn more about student experiences, we will be asking for your child’s feedback via an online survey. The survey shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes to complete.

We are asking that all of our students participate in the survey, as their feedback will provide invaluable insights into their experiences and how to improve and adapt our school to their needs. If a student doesn’t feel like they have enough information to answer a question, they will be able to skip the item altogether. The survey content will ask students to self reflect on their own social emotional learning skills, like self-management and self-efficacy.  Students will participate in the survey during a planned homeroom on March 29th. This homeroom will be between 1st and 2nd block. The homeroom teacher will provide the link and instructions for students to complete the survey during that time.

If you wish to have your child opt-out of this survey, please complete the form linked hereOnly parents or guardians can make this request. Students cannot opt out themselves. The deadline for this is Friday, March 17th

We thank you in advance for your support. If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact Ms. Armstrong, Assistant Principal, Ms. Smith, Panorama Survey Coordinator, or Ms. Hutton, School Psychologist.
