Parents will begin receiving notification letters this week if your child is noncompliant with enrollment vaccination and/or health assessment requirements. Notifications will let you know what vaccinations are required, and IF your student needs a health assessment. Please return this completed information to the school no later than Monday, September 25, 2023. School Exclusion will occur after the Wednesday, September 27, 2023, deadline date. If you DO NOT receive a letter, your child is compliant.
