End of Course exams and A/B day midterms will be as follows:
- Thursday, January 16, 2025 - Block 4
- Friday, January 17, 2025 - Block 3
- Monday, January 20, 2025 - HOLIDAY
- Tuesday, January 21, 2025 - Block 2
- Wednesday, January 22, 2025 - Block 1
- Thursday, January 23, 2025 - Make-Up Exams/Midterms
- Friday, January 24, 2025 - Teacher Workday
Please Note:
- Students in A/B Day classes will have a silent transition at 9:45 AM:
- A Day Midterm - 7:15 AM to 9:45 AM
- B Day Midterm - 9:50 AM to 12:20 PM
- On Thursday, January 23, students will report to HOMEROOM for the day. Those needing to complete a make-up exam or midterm will report to the correct location once they have checked in with their homeroom teacher.
- To avoid any testing irregularities, students CANNOT be dismissed before the conclusion of all testing (12:20 PM to 12:30 PM).
- The End of Course exams and midterms schedule cannot be altered to accommodate absences unless medically documented. Please do NOT reach out to teachers or counselors to request alternate testing days.
IMPORTANT - We do NOT know if each testing day will be a half-day or full day. Unless we notify families otherwise, please plan for a full day. We will plan to update families once we receive more information.
