On August 15, 2023, the North Carolina legislature passed the Parents' Bill of Rights. To better serve our families, CMS has created this dedicated webpage that includes information, forms and resources that will help parents/guardians access information, request information, report concerns or submit objections, opt in for- and receive notification about specific things as it relates to their child(ren) who attend our schools.
