Car Rider Tag or The Bus

CAR RIDER TAG:

Please complete the form in order to receive a carpool number for the 23-24 school year. Complete this for your child(ren) if your child(ren) is a car rider every day. Numbers may be new for the 23-24 school year as we begin a new process. Thank you for your patience as we begin the school year. *Be sure to include every child you have attending River Oaks Academy, who will be a car rider, for the 23-24 school year to ensure all your children receive the same number.
