CMS Student (School Climate) Survey
The survey is open to all students in grades 5–13 and XG. It asks for feedback on school climate, safety, interactions with other students,
- Students need to enter their student ID to access the survey. Note: Using a unique ID
- does not impact confidentiality.
- Students can complete the survey link in their preferred language: English, Spanish,
- Vietnamese, Portuguese, Nepali, French, Burmese, Dari, or Pashto.
- Students should click “Submit” when finished. A message will appear confirming completion.
