Our 8th Graders are Heading to DC

Greetings from Wilson STEM Academy:

 

Great things are happening at our middle school! Like 90% of scholars meeting growth and moving up a letter grade last school year!

 

Wilson is a Title I school. This means our student body comes from families that are at the lower rungs of the socioeconomic ladder. While many of our students face a variety of challenges, they are truly a remarkable bunch of scholars.

 

We want our 8th-grade students to experience an overnight trip to Washington, D.C. The cost for each student is $545. Ideally, we want to take at least 100 students but need a minimum of 25.
