School Bus Safety [Part 2]

Get a behind-the-scenes look at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools transportation driver, Eric Thompson's approach to maintaining safety among his student riders and making sure they are cared for, heard and seen, and arrive to their school and home safe and sound. His intentionality towards creating a sense of community on his bus and with the student's families is apparent in his presence and the way he communicates.
