Fire code speaks to building construction type, and maximum occupancy in a given space rather than an entire building. There is no concern that the number of students identified for Dilworth will exceed any code requirements.

Student Assignment and School Choice will ensure that all families receive clear communication regarding entry requirements. The School Choice team will refine these requirements to align with program goals and maximize student benefits. Additionally, First Ward Creative Arts Middle School will provide door-to-door service, as coordinated by operations.
