Uploading Missing Documents Using the Registration Portal
00:00: This training will teach you how to upload missing documents to a registration application efficiently, you will learn to navigate multiple systems and complete the document upload process accurately.
00:11: Navigate to the CMS websit and click Student Planning, Placement & Programs to access the relevant section.
00:19: You'll be taken to the student placement and registration page to continue the registration process.
00:25: Click access the registration portal to open the registration interface.
00:30: Proceed with saved registrations.
00:33: Click return to saved. Registration to retrieve an existing registration.
00:38: Click Next to move forward in the registration application.
00:42: Click Parent/Guardian First Name to enter guardian information
00:47: Click parent, Guardian last name to continue entering. Guardian details.
00:52: Click Date of Birth to input the guardian's birth date
00:55: Click email address to enter the Guardians contact email.
00:59: Click here to continue to the next section of the registration.
01:03: Click no. To indicate the appropriate response for the current question.

Adding Address to Registration Application

Submitting a Reassignment/Transfer

01:33: Designate who the student lives with by selecting the appropriate box.
01:37: Click the language, selection field to choose the preferred language such as English or Spanish.
01:43: Fill in the preferred language to ensure proper communication.
01:47: Click yes or no to answer the relevant question in the Forum.
01:51: Fill in your response to complete the selection.
01:53: Click the reassignment transfer form section to review or update information.
01:59: Click the checkbox to agree that you will provide any necessary documents in a timely manner as required.
02:05: Fill in confirm to acknowledge your agreement.
02:08: Click the guardian initials field again to re-enter your initials if needed.
02:13: Go to the next section of the application to continue the process.
02:17: Click the indicated button to proceed to the following step.
02:21: Click the continue button to advance in the application.
02:24: Click proceed to finalize, the current step and move forward.
02:29: Click, I'm not a robot to complete the captcha verification and submit your application.
02:34: You have successfully submitted a transfer or reassignment request in parchment by completing all required form fields and confirming your information. Next monitor your application status and provide any requested documents promptly to ensure processing.
