2023-2024 CMS Bus Transportation: Phillip O. Berry

If you need CMS bus transportation for the next school year, you must complete the intent to ride form no later than this Friday.  Even if you are not sure if you will need transportation, go ahead and complete the form. If you will be attending another school next school year, you will still need to complete the form.
