This April, in honor of National Poetry Month, we are thrilled to invite student participation in our systemwide poetry event, hosted via the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Teen Instagram platform (@cmlibraryteens).

This April, in honor of National Poetry Month, we are thrilled to invite student participation in our systemwide poetry event, hosted via the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Teen Instagram platform (@cmlibraryteens). This event is not only a platform for showcasing young talent but also serves as a valuable community service endeavor.

Participants are encouraged to submit their original poetry through our online form at https://bit.ly/CMLTEENPOEMSUBMIT, where they will be recognized with 4 Community Service Hours by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library for their contribution. We welcome poetry submissions of any style, with a limit of one poem per student, not exceeding 300 words. The contest remains open until April 22nd!
