Greetings Bronco families,

As Principal of Bailey Middle School, I would like to welcome you to another extraordinary year of excellence in and out of the classroom.  I am excited about the opportunity to lead a school with such an outstanding reputation for academic, athletic, musical, and artistic success.  It’s certainly my goal to not only build on the many wonderful things happening daily at our school, but to also make Bailey the best middle school in North Carolina.

The staff and I are dedicated to making every student’s experience at Bailey engaging, inspiring and challenging!  In addition, we can only accomplish this by ensuring that our students function in a safe, innovative, and fun environment which creates motivated 21st century learners.  Our students are encouraged to get involved in the variety of extracurricular activities that we offer, which are all outstanding and provide avenues for the wide ranging interests of all students. 

Our expansive school community, consisting of students, staff, parents and business partners in the Lake Norman area, are critical to the success of Bailey Middle School.  There are many opportunities for parents and community members to share their time, talent, or treasure at Bailey.  To start, our PTSO is a vital part of our school and works collaboratively to support the many programs we have at Bailey.  Furthermore, our Band and Athletic Boosters provide great support and are also excellent ways to get involved.  I encourage you to contact the school to discuss the various ways you can invest in your child’s education at Bailey.
