Does your student need immunizations or updates?
North Carolina law requires immunizations for each child to attend school. If your child is up to date on required immunizations, they will only need additional immunizations prior to starting kindergarten, 7th grade and 12th grade. Charlotte Community Health Clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most major private insurance plans. They also offer a sliding scale discount program for patients who do not have health insurance. Students in the McKinney -Vento Program will receive care with no out of pocket cost at Charlotte Community Health Clinic. Please see flyer below for more information!
