Here at Northridge Middle School, we are striving for excellence in all that we do. In doing so, we are asking our community to assist us in our efforts to ensure our scholars, families, and staff remain engaged. We are looking to create business partnerships with local businesses, faith-based organizations, other schools, and corporations to ensure our school community reaches its highest potential.

As a Northridge community partner there are several ways that you can positively influence the success of teaching and learning in our school. Through a partnership, partners may:

• Provide incentives to motivate scholar achievement in curriculum 
• Reward our instructional staff for their dedication to our scholars and families
• Create programs to help with social and emotional learning 
• Assist the school in raising funds or making donations to enable the school to reach academic and campus beautification goals
• Assist with school, family, and community engagement
