Parents/Guardians,
Please make sure that your student's medical needs have been appropriately communicated and filed with the school. Also, please notify the school and complete any required documentation before allowing your student to bring any medications or treatments (asthma inhalers, pain relievers, antibiotics, etc.) to school.
If you have any questions concerning the care of your child during school hours or required documentation, please feel free to contact me at any time.
It is a pleasure serving the students of Phillip O. Berry. Go Cardinals!
