    Windsor Park Elementary is a charming neighborhood school nestled in the historic Windsor Park community, located just off North Sharon Amity Road. The school serves students in Pre-K through Grade 5, fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

    Originally established around 1960 on the Old Hezekiah Alexander Farm, Windsor Park’s current main building opened in November 2004. This two-story facility features 35 classrooms, 15 tutor rooms, a computer lab, a parent center, a media center, dedicated art and music rooms, a conference room, and a spacious administrative area. At the heart of the building is a multipurpose room that functions as a gym, stage, and cafeteria. Classrooms are outfitted with Promethean Boards, and each student in Grades 2–5 has access to a Chromebook, ensuring a modern and engaging learning environment.

    Windsor Park is home to a dedicated and compassionate staff committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Instruction is provided by highly qualified, certified teachers and instructional assistants with a wide range of experience. The school’s diverse team of professionals embraces inclusive practices to support all learners, including multilingual students and those with disabilities.

    The Windsor Park Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is growing steadily and plays an active role in supporting the school community. The PTA works in partnership with families, students, and staff to enhance the educational experience and foster a welcoming, collaborative environment.

    School Information

    • School Hours - 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
    • Arrival Time - the front doors open @ 8:00 AM
    • Dismissal by car, bus, and van is @ 3:20 PM; Car Rider Dismissal - please have your car tags displayed for pickup
    • Free breakfast and lunch is available to all students; Upon arrival, students should report to the cafeteria if they wish to eat breakfast; Breakfast ends at 8:25 AM
    • Tardy Bell: First warning bell rings at 8:25 AM, students should be seated in class before 8:30 AM, or they will be marked tardy for the day

    Windsor Park Elementary School Uniform Policy

    • All students are required to wear the CMS-adopted school uniform:
      • Navy or khaki pants/shorts/skirts
      • White, light blue, or navy shirt with a collar
      • The uniform policy is enforced
