AlphaRoute is the newly updated system to request transportation, request an alternate stop, or submit information regarding an unsafe stop. To use the platform, parents will need to create an account, which will allow them to submit requests and keep them informed about the status of their requests via email or text message - whichever communication method they prefer.
Parents & Families -
Step 1.) Click on the following link to create your AlphaPortal Account (you request transportation, alternate stops, and unsafe stops in this account).
Step 2.) Add your student(s) to the account.
Step 3.) Make your request for service and you will be notified once the request is complete.
