West Charlotte CTE Students won a total of $2100 at the Johnson & Wales Sharkfest Business Pitch Competition. Culinary Students, Sir Weeks and Nathaly Alvarez brought home the 2nd place trophy for their business idea--The Charcuterie Kit Express. Honors Entrepreneurship II students, Viocci Taylor and Serenity Lewis placed 3rd and also won the People’s Choice Award. Ms. Nelson coached both teams to success, while Ms. Myrick and Ms. Davis advised the Culinary team.
