Dear Olympic High School Families,

I am excited to welcome you to our school for the 2023-2024 academic year. We expect it to be an exciting one, full of the challenges and rewards of helping students discover their full potential.

Olympic high school is one of 32 high schools in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where the mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment that celebrates diversity and promotes unity. We will provide an innovative and rigorous educational experience that offers a wide range of academic, athletic, artistic, and social opportunities. We will create an atmosphere that cultivates and inspires lifelong learners and prepares our students for both college and careers. We will consistently engage with our stakeholders to ensure that we are living out our core values every day with an innovative, inclusive, student-centered environment that supports the development of independent learners. 

As principal, I am committed to providing a experience designed to the instructional and social-emotional needs of our students to make them life-long learners. Olympic High School is the only school in the district that offers 5 distinguished NAF academies that offer students pathways that prepare students for graduation and beyond – whether that is college, career or the military – and hope they will explore these exciting opportunities.
