The EC Parent Advisory Council (ECPAC) is run by parents concerned about the special needs of children in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools and have a student with a disability enrolled in a Charlotte-Mecklenburg school.
The ECPAC has been established to:

Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of the school district's special education programs
Increase community awareness to encourage understanding, acceptance, and inclusion of children with special needs
Establish a network of support between parents with similar needs
All meetings are open to the public.
The first 30 minutes will be available for public comment. To sign up, please submit information at CMSECPAC@gmail.com by noon, one day before the meeting.
