The Compensation Department provides a full range of services and initiatives to the District. We strive to provide timely, accurate information as well as research and analysis to all CMS employees, the school board and outside entities related to all wage and salary issues, job evaluations, job descriptions, wage and hour law and other areas related to compensation.
Employee Retention Incentives
Employees are eligible for retention incentive bonuses based on their start date with CMS. Bonuses will be paid according to the payment schedule below.
